Q. How can I be sure what I am ordering is adequate quality?
A. We are very selective with brands we sell and only work with companies we have positive reviews from. If for any reason you aren't happy with your products, simply email us at info@bene-bathrooms.co.uk and we will resolve your issue at the earliest convenience. 

Q. Can I amend an existing order?
A. Yes, in order to do so simply email us at info@bene-bathrooms.co.uk and we will do our best to deal with your request.

Q. How do I know what I want is suitable for my home?
A. We aim to supply you with dimensions to check against products. We always recommend asking an installer for their advice - they are the experts.

Q. Do you offer a Saturday delivery service?
A. We are able to offer a Saturday delivery service but only in selected areas of the UK for an extra fee. Please email us at info@bene-bathrooms.co.uk for more information.

Q. Why are all products discounted?
A. At Bene we aim to keep our prices competitive. We have done our research against leading brands to bring you the highest quality products, all within your budget.

Q. Do you offer a fitting delivery service?
A. Unfortunately we do not offer a fitting service. We recommend supporting your local tradesman.
